Creating galleries and uploading photos is always free — you only pay when you activate a gallery or purchase the Studio plan. **Key benefits of all plans:** * No monthly subscriptions * One-time payment for 1 year of access * Unlimited views and downloads * All gallery features available on every plan * No hidden fees A **custom subdomain** (e.g. `yourstudio.pixdeliver.com`) is a feature tied to your account, not to a single gallery — it's available for free on every plan, even without an active Studio plan. On the **Studio plan** you can additionally connect a [custom domain](/en/sharing/custom-domain). **Currency:** prices are shown in **PLN** (Polish interface) or **EUR** (English interface). Get in touch with us for a custom quote. ## Per-gallery plans ### Small gallery plan - 9 PLN/year **That works out to just 0.75 PLN/month.** Perfect for: * Family sessions * Individual sessions * Small events * Maternity sessions * Business photos **Includes:** * ✅ Up to 3 GB of storage * ✅ Unlimited number of photos (within 3 GB) * ✅ Unlimited views * ✅ Unlimited downloads * ✅ Password protection * ✅ Custom subdomain * ✅ Photo selection forms * ✅ Cover photo * ✅ Photo sorting * ✅ Up to 30 MB per photo * ✅ Full statistics * ✅ Validity: 1 year * ✅ All platform features **How many photos fit?** * Around 150-200 JPEG photos (15-20 MB each after export from Lightroom) * Around 300-400 JPEG photos (7-10 MB each at standard quality) **Quick calculation:** Check the size of your photo folder after export. If it's smaller than 3 GB, this plan is for you! *** ### Large gallery plan - 15 PLN/year 🌟 **The most popular choice! That works out to just 1.25 PLN/month.** Perfect for: * Weddings * Large events and conferences * Wedding sessions (outdoor + ceremony) * Multi-day galleries * Photographers with large sessions **Includes:** * ✅ **Unlimited storage** * ✅ Unlimited number of photos * ✅ Unlimited views * ✅ Unlimited downloads * ✅ Password protection * ✅ Custom subdomain * ✅ Photo selection forms * ✅ Cover photo * ✅ Photo sorting * ✅ Up to 30 MB per photo * ✅ Full statistics * ✅ Validity: 1 year * ✅ All platform features **How many photos fit?** * No limit! You can upload hundreds or even thousands of photos **Why is it worth it?** For just 6 PLN more (the difference between plans) you get complete freedom and the peace of mind that you'll never hit a limit. *** ## Studio plan The Studio plan is a one-time annual fee tied to your account, not to a single gallery. While your Studio plan is active, **all of your galleries** are available with no extra charges. ### Pricing | | Price | | ----------------- | ------------------------------------------------- | | **First payment** | 99 PLN / year *(promotional price for new users)* | | **Renewal** | 299 PLN / year | ### What's included * ✅ Unlimited number of galleries * ✅ 500 GB of combined account storage (no per-gallery limits) — e.g. \~50 galleries of about 10 GB each * ✅ Unlimited number of photos (within the combined 500 GB limit) * ✅ Unlimited downloads * ✅ Password protection * ✅ Custom subdomain for galleries * ✅ Custom domain for galleries (e.g. `gallery.yourstudio.com`) * ✅ Cover photo * ✅ Photo selection by clients * ✅ Photo sorting * ✅ Up to 30 MB per photo * ✅ All platform features ### Duration and renewal The Studio plan is a **one-time annual fee** — it does not renew automatically. * Renewal is possible within the **30 days before expiration** window (and during the 14-day grace period) * After expiration there is a **14-day grace period** — galleries not covered by their own per-gallery plan become publicly unavailable, but your management dashboard still works: you can renew the Studio plan, pay for individual galleries with a per-gallery plan, and download ZIP archives of photos * After the 14-day grace period, galleries without an active per-gallery plan are **permanently deleted** **What happens to galleries after the Studio plan expires?** Once the 14-day grace period ends, galleries without an active per-gallery plan are permanently deleted. You can prevent this by renewing the Studio plan or by individually extending selected galleries. Galleries covered by the Studio plan are active for the entire validity period of the Studio plan. **What does this mean?** * The gallery is publicly available for the whole year * Clients can browse and download photos without restrictions * Statistics are collected and available * All features work normally ### What happens after a year? **30 days before the expiration of a per-gallery plan or the Studio plan:** * You receive a reminder email * You can extend the gallery or renew the Studio plan * Per-gallery extension price = the plan price (9 or 15 PLN) * Studio plan renewal price = 299 PLN **On the expiration date:** * The gallery becomes publicly unavailable if both its per-gallery plan and the Studio plan have expired — the gallery stays active until the end of whichever period lasts longer * Clients cannot open the link to an expired gallery * Photos remain safe on the server for 14 days **14 days after expiration:** * The gallery, along with all photos, is permanently deleted from the servers **Important!** You have 14 days from expiration to renew. After that, galleries and all photos are permanently deleted. During this time you can protect galleries covered by the Studio plan by renewing your account or individually extending selected galleries with a per-gallery plan. *** ## Payment methods PixDeliver supports many convenient payment methods **through Stripe**: ### 📱 BLIK * The fastest method * Instant payment * Enter the code from your banking app * Gallery activated right away ### 💳 Payment cards * Visa * Mastercard * American Express * Debit and credit cards ### 🌍 Other methods *(availability depends on your country, device, and bank configuration)* * Apple Pay (on supported Apple devices) * Google Pay (on supported devices) Apple Pay and Google Pay work through Stripe's integration with payment cards. Their availability on the payment page depends on your device, browser, and region — if you don't see these options, use BLIK or a card. All payments are processed through **Stripe** — one of the most secure payment platforms in the world. **PixDeliver does not store your card details.** *** ## Frequently asked questions ### Can I change the plan after paying for a gallery? No, the plan is tied to the gallery for the whole year. If you need more space: * Delete some photos (Small gallery plan) * Or create a new gallery with the Large gallery plan ### What if I exceed the 3 GB limit on the Small gallery plan? The system won't let you upload more photos once you exceed the 3 GB limit. You can: * Delete some photos to free up space * Compress photos before uploading * Or create a new gallery ### Can I pay for a gallery for longer than a year? Currently we only offer annual payments. After a year you can extend the gallery for another year. ### Are the prices shown inclusive of tax? Yes, all prices include tax; however, we do not currently issue VAT invoices. ### How does the Studio plan work when I already have per-gallery plans paid for? Plans add up in your favor. If a gallery has an active per-gallery plan and you have the Studio plan, the gallery stays active until the end of whichever period lasts longer — regardless of which one expires first. ### What happens to my galleries when the Studio plan expires? After expiration there is a 14-day grace period — galleries still work. Once it ends, galleries without their own active per-gallery plan are permanently deleted. You can prevent this by renewing the Studio plan or by individually extending selected galleries. ### Does the Studio plan renew automatically? No. The fee is not charged automatically — renewal is manual and possible within the 30 days before expiration window. ### Are there any additional fees? No! The prices shown (9 PLN, 15 PLN, 99/299 PLN) are everything you pay. There are no: * Transaction fees * Charges for views or downloads * Hidden costs * Monthly subscriptions ### Can I cancel and get a refund? After a gallery or the Studio plan is activated, the payment is non-refundable. The service remains active for the entire paid period. ### Can I get a discount for a larger number of galleries? With a large number of galleries, consider the Studio plan — at 299 PLN/year on renewal it's cheaper than paying for around 20+ large galleries separately.
