Paid gallery with watermarked photos

Overview

Some galleries are shared in a paid mode. In that case you see photo previews marked with a watermark, and you receive the full-quality originals after purchase. You arrange payment directly with the photographer — you don’t pay in the app.
Buying only applies to paid galleries. If the gallery is free, you download the originals right away — see Browsing a gallery.

In a paid gallery:
  • The photos have a visible watermark (for example, UNPAID)
  • You can’t save them by right-clicking or drag them to your desktop
  • The originals are locked until the purchase is made and the photographer confirms payment
The gallery runs in one of two paid modes: buy the whole gallery or buy individual photos.
  1. Click the buy-the-whole-gallery button
  2. Provide your full name (required). Optionally add an email address and a message to the photographer
  3. Submit the request
After submitting, you’ll see a confirmation that the request reached the photographer.

Buying individual photos

  1. Select the photos you want to buy
  2. At the bottom you’ll see a summary: the number of photos and the price (some photos may be included in the price, the rest are charged)
  3. Click the button to buy the selected photos
  4. Provide your full name (required), and optionally an email and a message
  5. Submit the request

What happens next

  1. The photographer receives your request
  2. You arrange payment with them outside the app (for example, bank transfer or BLIK) — PixDeliver does not collect payment for photos
  3. After receiving payment, the photographer unlocks the photos
  4. If you provided an email address, you’ll get a “Your photos are ready” message with a link to the gallery
  5. You open the gallery and download the originals — one by one or all of them as a ZIP file
In individual-photo mode, after unlocking, only the photos you bought are visible in the gallery.

Frequently asked questions

Do I pay in the PixDeliver app? No. You arrange payment directly with the photographer. The app is only used to submit the request and share the photos after purchase. When will I get the photos? After the photographer confirms they’ve received payment and unlocks the gallery. The timing depends on the photographer. I can’t submit a request — it says a request is already pending. Only one purchase request can be active in a gallery at a time. Try again later or contact the photographer. Why can’t I save a photo? In a paid gallery, the previews are protected until purchase. Once they’re unlocked, you can download the full originals. I didn’t get the email about the photos being ready. Check your spam folder. If you didn’t provide an email address with your request, the photographer will send you the link another way.
