What is PixDeliver?

PixDeliver is a platform for photographers to share photo galleries with their clients. It lets you upload, organize, and securely share high-quality photos with no limits on downloads.

How much does PixDeliver cost?

  • Small gallery: 9 PLN/year (up to 3 GB)
  • Large gallery: 15 PLN/year (unlimited storage)
  • A one-time payment, valid for 1 year
  • Creating galleries and uploading photos is free - you only pay for activation

Which payment methods are accepted?

The following are available as standard:
  • BLIK (instant payment)
  • Payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Apple Pay (depending on your device, browser, and region)
  • Google Pay (depending on your device, browser, and region)
  • Payments via Stripe (secure and encrypted)
Apple Pay and Google Pay may not be visible on every device. If you don’t see these options on the payment page, use BLIK or a card.

Galleries

How many galleries can I create?

An unlimited number! You only pay for the ones you activate (pay for). Each paid gallery is active for 1 year from the payment date.

What happens after a year?

  • The gallery is no longer publicly available
  • You have 14 days to renew it
  • After 14 days, the gallery may be permanently deleted
  • You’ll get the first expiration notice by email, 30 days before it expires
Yes! You can extend a gallery:
  • Up to 30 days before it expires
  • Up to 14 days after it expires
  • Extension price: 9 or 15 PLN (depending on the plan)

Photos

What’s the size limit for a photo?

A maximum of 30 MB per photo.

How many photos can I upload?

  • Small gallery plan: An unlimited number (within the 3 GB of storage)
  • Large gallery plan: An unlimited number and unlimited storage

Which photo formats are supported?

The most popular photo formats are supported, including JPG and PNG.

Can I upload RAW files?

Not directly. First export your RAW files to JPEG in Lightroom or another program.

Are photos compressed?

The system creates three versions:
  • Original - unchanged, exactly as uploaded; by default this is the one that gets downloaded
  • Compressed (3840×3840 WebP) - shown in the browser (lightbox)
  • Thumbnail (900×900 WebP) - shown in the photo grid
We carefully chose the dimensions and compression for the best possible display quality, while also keeping things fast on your clients’ devices and optimizing space on our servers. Photo compressions do not count toward your storage limit - we cover those ourselves.

Sharing

  1. Pay for the gallery
  2. Copy the link from the panel
  3. Send the link to your clients (email, SMS, messenger)
  4. If the gallery has a password - share the password too
An unlimited number! The link can be opened by any number of people. Yes! You can add a password while creating a gallery or later in the settings.

Can I change the password?

Yes, you can change or remove the password at any time in the gallery settings.

Subdomain

What is a subdomain?

A subdomain is your personal space in PixDeliver:
  • Instead of: pixdeliver.com/g/gallery
  • You get: your-name.pixdeliver.com/gallery

How do I set up a subdomain?

  1. Go to Account settingsSubdomain
  2. Enter the name you want (for example, jan-kowalski)
  3. Click Save subdomain

Is the subdomain free?

Yes! The subdomain is a completely free feature.

Can I change the subdomain?

Yes, but the old links will stop working. Only change the subdomain before sharing galleries with clients.

Can I use a custom domain?

Yes — with the Studio plan you can connect a custom domain (for example, gallery.yourstudio.com) instead of a subdomain. See: Custom domain.

Photo selections

What are selection requests?

Forms that let clients pick their favorite photos directly from a gallery (for example, for an album or printing).

How do I create a selection request?

  1. Open an active gallery
  2. Go to the Selection requests tab
  3. Click Create selection request
  4. Fill in the title and description and send the link to your clients

How many selection requests can I create?

An unlimited number for each gallery!

Are selection requests free?

Yes! It’s a feature available for all active galleries.

Selling photos

Can I sell photos through PixDeliver?

Yes. In the gallery settings, turn on a paid mode — buy the whole gallery or buy individual photos. Clients see watermarked previews and submit a purchase request, and once you receive payment you unlock the originals. See: Selling galleries.

Does PixDeliver charge a commission on sales?

No. You settle up directly with the client, outside the app — PixDeliver does not act as an intermediary in the payment for photos and charges no commission whatsoever.

How does the client pay for photos?

You arrange payment with the client outside the app (for example, bank transfer or BLIK). The app is used to submit the purchase request and to unlock the photos after payment. See: Purchase requests and settlement.

What is a watermark?

In a paid mode, photo previews are marked with a watermark (for example, UNPAID) to protect them from being downloaded without payment. After settlement, you unlock the clean originals for the client.

Statistics

What statistics are available?

  • Gallery views
  • Unique visitors
  • Downloads (of the whole gallery and of individual photos)
  • Top 10 most-downloaded photos
  • Traffic source
  • Activity over time

How long are statistics stored?

For the entire validity period of the gallery (1 year) or until the gallery is deleted.

Security

Are my photos safe?

Yes! PixDeliver uses:
  • SSL/TLS encryption
  • Secure servers
  • Backups
  • Protection against data loss

What are passkeys?

Passkeys let you sign in without a password — using your fingerprint, face, or your device’s screen lock. You add them in SettingsPasskeys. See: Account settings.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to SettingsAccountDelete account. Note: This action is irreversible! All galleries and photos will be permanently deleted.

Technical problems

Solution:
  1. Check the gallery status - is it active (paid)?
  2. Check whether it has expired
  3. Make sure the link was copied in full
  4. Check that you haven’t changed the gallery’s slug

A photo wasn’t processed

Solution:
  1. Check the size (max. 30 MB)
  2. Check the format (supported: JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, BMP, TIFF)
  3. Make sure the file isn’t corrupted
  4. Try uploading it again
Solution:
  1. Check whether you have sufficient funds in your account
  2. Check that your card hasn’t expired
  3. Try a different payment method (BLIK instead of a card)
  4. Contact your bank (they may be blocking online transactions)

I forgot my account password

Solution:
  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password?
  2. Enter your email
  3. Click the link in the email from PixDeliver
  4. Set a new password
